He was married to Susannah Biles (daughter of William Biles III and Ann Stevenson) in 1759 in Fallsington, Bucks Co, PA. Susannah Biles was buried in Sep 1806 in Bordentown, Burlington County, NJ. Per Long Island Geneologies V II p 278. She died on 7 Sep 1806 in Crosswicks, Burlington, NJ. From Family Record of Dr. John Langhorne Thorne of North Platte, Nebraska. Thomas Thorne and Susannah Biles had the following children:
