Charlotte Martens-Lee was a Graduate of Barnard College & was a math teacher at the Oakside High School until her marriage. She was very active in the Community. She was one of the founding trustees for the John C. Hart Library in Shrub Oak, NY, in 1919. She was the President of the Board during the 1960's. Arthur Chadeayne Lee and Charlotte Martens had the following children:

He belonged to the First Presbyterian Church of Yorktown. B.S. in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA. Arthur was a First Lt. US Army, serving in the Azores & at Fort Riley, KS. He was in charge of building the Cavalry Statue at Fort Riley.
