Descendants of Jean Coutant

This site, while incomplete, represents my ancestral line back to Jean (John) Coutant who came to America in the 1600's.  I am interested in working with other family members to gather a more complete historical record of the Coutant family in America and abroad.

Also, since coming to America, the Coutant name has undergone some spelling changes (including Cotant, Coutt, etc.).  If you are a member of any of these families, we may share a common heritage and therefore need to include your branch to complete the family tree.
